Influencing the world through words

Daily Plan

Just the other day on Twitter I came to know about how bloggers gain more followers. They do so by helping each other out, especially by way of common blogging hashtags. So I’ve decided to begin something interesting and I’d like to call it the ‘Daily Plan for Bloggers and Me’.

It is all about the hashtags and what each day I’ll be doing. You’ll get an idea once you go through them, so without any delays let me dive straight into it.

#1. Sunday is Share Sunday

‘Share Sunday’ will be all about me sharing blogs written by other bloggers across the globe. It could be blog posts of bloggers whom I know or unknown bloggers as well. So bloggers, watch out! I could be sharing your blog and I will obviously notify you, so don’t worry.

#2. Monday is My Monday

While Sundays are for other bloggers, the following day is ‘My Monday’, which means it all about my blogs. I’ll shamelessly promote my blogs (both past and recent blog posts), and ask you all to share them so that I could reach a wider audience.

#3. Tuesday is Tag Tuesday

I’ll be reading blogs every week and whosoever’s blogging website I come across, I’ll leave a shoutout by tagging that particular person and their respective blogging website (not a particular blog). I will not necessarily tag only one person; it could be more than one blogger as well.

#4. Wednesday is Write Wednesday

Many blogger out there also seek comments in their blog. They want people to write something honest and give their feedback about the blog they wrote. So on ‘Write Wednesday’ I will be commenting on blog posts. As many as I can, I will be writing my honest comments on other bloggers’ blog posts. I will also request other bloggers to do the same on my blogs too.

#5. Thursday is Talk Thursday

As the name suggests, ‘Talk Thursday’ will be all about talking. I will try and socialize as much as I can with other bloggers in the world. Bloggers can ask me questions; it could be about anything. I too, will ask them questions. This will help in getting to know each other, and not just stick to sharing each other’s blogs.

#6. Friday is Follow Friday

Most of you know about ‘Follow Friday’, right? But still, let me tell you about it once again. Follow Friday is all about asking people to follow the list of bloggers you’ve mentioned in your post. Ask them to follow each other as well as ask others out there to follow them. That’s just about it!

#7. Saturday is Suggest Saturday

An interesting thing I’ve come up with is ‘Suggest Saturday’. Many bloggers out there find it pretty hard to find topics to write about. Suggest Saturday will help eliminate that problem because I’ll be suggesting bloggers topics to write their next blog post, and vice versa. It is a great way to help each other grow, I believe! They could either use the topic suggested to write a new post or ask the person who suggested it to write it as a guest post for their website.

So what do you think about my daily plan for bloggers and me? If you are willing to participate, then let me know in the comments below. Also, this will be only on Twitter (as of now). So if you have a Twitter account, let me know, or follow me here and I will give you a follow back!

Hoping for a positive response from you all! (:

  2. I think that’s a good plan. It’s well-rounded and covers all bases. It also mixes things up so that you don’t feel like you’re only working on one aspect of blogging. Good luck!

    1. Hey Yasyfin. Thank you so much for loving the idea. And yes, please try the hashtags and let’s help bloggers grow. (:

  3. As you probably know, I participated in my very first talk Thursday last week, and it was fun. I will be keeping a closer eye out for your tweets each day so that I can get to know even more bloggers. I love that you have taken the time to help out so many other bloggers in their journey to become better. I know I appreciate it, Ron!

    1. Thank you so much, Erica. That’s such a lovely thing to say. Without bloggers like you, this wouldn’t have been possible. I appreciate it so much! (:

  4. Very helpful. Thanks! I’m finding I need to go through a routine each time I sit down to blog, to make sure I do everything that needs to be done. I wrote a list to stay on track and I still don’t have it memorized.
